03' 6.0 rough start
can anyone share thoughts with very rough running 6.0 when cold. Starts fine idles ok but has to warm up 20 minutes before it wont buck, snort and miss shifts. Once warm it runs like a top....I live in Florida so cold is relative to most. Are the injectors the likely issue?

I'd say it's probably the injectors. Depending on when it was made, you may have some of your 5 year warranty left if you're not over 100,000 miles.
Also you posted this in the 09 F150 forum. Farther on down there is a forum dedicated to the 6.0 only. This will most likely get moved there.

Sounds like injector stiction, mine was doing that so i took it to ford and asked them to give me the latest flash, which is the inductive heating flash on the injectors and this morning it was -16 celcius out and it started up with out any roughness or lack of power without being plugged in
