Another SCT Livewire ? and DP ?

I wanted to see if any of you might be able to help answer my question. SCT Livewire. I am looking to purchase one around the first of FEB. I would really like to hear any additional user feedback. I know the Livewire comes with 3 tunes for the 7.3 and the option of 3 custom tunes. My question is, will the 3 tunes from SCT stay if I have Jody from DP add 3 of his tunes on the custom program. The full post is under chips and tuners. Thanks

Hey welcome to FTE. Take a look at this thread. This is people who switched FROM something, TO DP Tuner. Total of 93 people that voted all run it, and look how many ran the SCT livewire. Its more of a popular thing for the 6.0's, since they are all flash programmed. The PCM isnt sealed on the 7.3 which allows it to be manipulated with a chip on the fly.

Make that 94, Kris. I would have posted sooner, but didn't feel that the "bandwagon" needed any more freeloaders.

I have since hopped on.

IDK anything about it on the Fords, but I do know two guys thirdhand that ripped their tranny out with it on the first night. Something about fwd burnouts may have helped. I guess it is tough to handle all that power.

BTW Kris, not to dis a real GH but nobody has switched from SCT to DP
