Question More fuel = more boost?

I have an older Turbo kit for my 86 F250 w/ a 6.9, and it does not have a wastegate. I was told that the more fuel that is dumped in will create more boost pressure, is this true? If so which way do I turn the screw on the IP to increase the fuel, and how much should I turn it?

Thanks.

Make sure you have boost gauge and a pyro before going nuts with this. Yes, in this case, more fuel will give you more fuel.

The 4th article down here will tell you how to adjust the IP fuel screw:

1/6 turn per adjustment is recommended.

more fuel does make more boost ... to a point.
after so much fuel the engine cant devour the fuel any longer and sends it out the pipe as black smoke (not good). also more fuel increases the internal temps to the point of melt down (NOT GOOD AT ALL)
you should have a boost guage and egt guage before messing with the fuel delivery setting. you dont want to operate the egt's over 1150 for extended periods.
READ the articles from above post and operate safely.
