Im trying to find a winch for my truck,'78 bronco. Cant afford big names, dont really care to go used. Ive been looking for a champion winch heard there not bad just a little slow pulling only problem is theres only 2 places that carry them, costco & canadian tire neither of which carry anything over 9500lbs. im looking for at least a 12000lb. The only way to get 1 that size is to order from europe, so im told. Through my searching online found a guy who sent me some info on TITAN winchs ($540cdn for 12000) , never heard of them, anybody have an opinion on these or any other suggestion for a suitable winch?

What's wrong with a Mile Marker 12k winch. They're $600(every now and then there are big sales and you can get one for $500).
Harbor Frieght carries 10K and 12K winches with all the same dimensions and numbers as Mile Markers, and they usually have a lot of sales and you can get one for around $400-500.
A 10k lb or less winch could work fine if you have a ****** block

Try this one it's only 10,000lb. but cheap. ($399.99)

thx for the replies,
i was hoping to find something a little more local(vancouver,Canada) didnt want to order anything figured might be a hassle if i ever needed to return anything or get replacement parts.
anyone ordered a winch from harbour? if so ever have any problems with returns or warranty issues?
as for the mile marker ive got a cpl places getting back to me with quotes, we'll see what they come up with,
