What If It Had Been an Excursion?
What if the cop had been driving an Excursion? Might have totally run over the guy without ever seeing him!

Several weeks prior to the event in this video, a city police car almost ran over a young couple in a crosswalk. The cop jumped out and arrested them for shouting out "Slow the fug down!" at him. All charges were dropped in court.
I am sure the city here will face lawsuits in both of these incidents now.

Nice how he just picked him up and put him back in his chair! anyone else and they would have stayed right there on the ground untill an ambulance came and put him on a backboard with a neckbrace.

that looks a lot like the incident here in charlottesville, cruiser smacked a guy in a wheelchair, it may be the same, hard to tell from the photo, guy was putting a lawsuit on the cop even though the full video showed the officer was pulling out and the guy in the chair started across even with the red hand in the signal
