DPF delete and tune??

I was just wonder ive hurd that spartan Diesel and some other company is doin it but i want to know if they have any problems after. And how much this costs and if theres any place close to Monroe Michigan cuz im thinking about having this done. any info would be appreciated thanks

haha i think my parents might know u..ill have to ask em tonight..i live pretty damn close to maybee...but anywho can anyone help with the DPF question?

No news on the dpf delete yet. give it 6 mos.

I've had the dpf delete for 4 mo & 9k mi. It works awesome. Buy a super chip flashpaq $400 and send it to kemperformance.com and mike will program it for $200 and sell you a straightpipe for $300 then you can tow like a maddog, just stay away from the dealer. It hurts their feelings that people don't like their dpf's.

stright pipe for $300...damn...i can get one from MBRP for wayy cheaper...but hey thats the price ya gotta pay...but hows the sound and do u get any trans slips or trying to find gears...and that gets rid of the regen right?? also what do you plug the sensors back into?? the pipe u get through them?

Yes, sensors go into pipe from kem.
This pipe is the dpf section, mbrp is dpf back.

ya i know i already got the mbrp...can you change the tune back to stock so if you ever gotta get somethin fixed at the dealer they dont void the warrenty??

yes I can do it anytime, the problem is you have to put the dpf back on too. I wish there was a way to do the dpf delete in stock mode, but with the flashpaq you can only do it in 50hp and 100hp modes. I've towed in the 50 mode with no problems and it sure runs good.

Yes, mostly towing. Towing I get 8-9 in or out of town 7k lbs , not towing I get 10-13. I drive a 350 cc sb 4x4 3.73ls with 35" toyo muds. The real advantage is the performance you get towing. Night and day w/o the regens. Makes me like ford again.
