My 01 has a ProComp leveling kit up front and F350 blocks in the rear, this setup was enough to clear 35's on my old 2000 model I had. Anyway this truck just has 18x9's with 325/60/18's which is a 33x13.50-18. When I cut the wheel all the way in either direction it rubs bad on the fender liner on the back and sometimes rubs the leaf spring too, so basicall it's rubbing on the inside and outside of the tire at the same time with only a 33" tire. Wonder what's up? The truck sits high enough it really needs a 35" tire, but I don't see any way that would ever work if it's already rubbing now.
13.5 seems really wide, when i had 35/75/16s on my 97 they were only 12.5 inches wide and i would rub at full lock both right and left, went to a 285 and no more rubbing problems. do they make a 35 inch tire that is slightly narrower for your rim?
Get in the fender well and heat the inner fender with a heat gun and push the inner fender back to create clearance, you will need to hold it in place until it cools or it will just go back to where it was. I did this on my inner fenders and my mud flaps, no more problems.
