Electrical problem ? 1995 f-150

Electrical problem ? 1995 f-150
Thought I heard a "POP" and lost my dash lights.....when I shut the truck off, I start it and it won't come out of "PARK" "ABS" light flashes 15 short and 1 long flashes. Thanks for any help you can give!
