I dont know if this was an oversight by FTE's system or not...Or If it was Ken, Or Art? I have tried to contact both without any results...?

But for some reason Our Friend and Buddy, G, Glenn (FFR428) cannot log on to the site and post?? He can read the posts , But cannot reply to them?

I really hope that , like I said...the is a system error... and what he was dared to post by are Moderator was taken in Jest....and he wont be subject to a suspension? because that just wouldnt be right...

Alot of Guys....that post here ..have done worse and have recieved less..and its just not fair.... Glenn has been a very true friend...and an exellent source for Casting Numbers and dates and cross references...And he has an outstnding knowledge of building all the FE motors...

alot of the rookies that come into this site asking for info on there retore job and parts , he's right there Johnny on the spot helping with the correct info..and "IF" he doesnt know it off hand..(becuase know one does) he turn you on to his resources!!! or find the info your looking for...

Not that I'am anyone special....By NO meens of the word.... We have started to lose to many guys that know the weight in FE's Do to some Freakin rule....or something that was taken out of text!!

I have been in this forum for years now...and have tried to help Many....But if it keeps going the way it seems to be....I'll pack my lunch and go where I can speak whats on my mind...and can post what I need to, to be able too help my fellow FE builder.... and being how some stuff is copywrited!! If It was tried to be posted on a dare....then the Mod should be suspended also...for what ever time..

And it was a no harm NO Foul anyway..because it never came into the forum..so therefore is Mute....

I Sware I hope I'am wrong..and it was a screw up by the system!!! "IF" not my A$$ is gone also....

with over 5000 posts and over 4 years in this forum....But it could be my last!! Lets see if and when this get deleted Guys!! Or I'am booted Now!!

I've noticed at times that I have posting and even having access to threads. I believe it is a problem with the server by the error messages I get. But it eventually straitens up. But I times It seams to take several hours.

I believe that all should be able to express there views, but NO Personal Attacks. I'm a moderator on another forum, and at times it can be taxing.

The moderators that I have seen so far have allowed users to express there views, but tries to stop Personal Attacks. Which is pretty uniform across most of the forums I use.

 

Hey blue I agree, keep the stuff too a minumum!! But Someone asked for some info...and it wasnt displayed in the forum ...it was said it would be posted in an email....NO harm.. Personal INFO right?

But not only was one suspended 2 that I know of.... and maybe my self after this? I have been getting error messages from the site for 2 days now...and sometimes it goes thru..and sometimes it doesnt... But it has not kept me from posting when it lets me back on..Is my point.. So it looks like to me Hypoid and FFR428 are suspended...

Maybe the power's to be are in church with there families..And I can understand that..as I'am a god loving person myself !

But It really makes me wonder..what the hell is going on when so far only 2 people ..and it might be me next..were booted...

We have policed our selfs for a couple of years after Ratsmoker got his divorce and left....and NOW..we have a problem ??

I hope it just a System error... Or theres gonna be alot of FE experts leaving this site.....And Art and Ken can run it....And Ken can find some more guys that know anything from a stock build too a 700+ HP build...

Well Russ I don't think it is but ?? What I do know is a dog don't learn if you just beat it with a closed lip. It's the responsibility of the owner to explain in detail why no digging holes is allowed and to punish accordingly. If the dog still wont listen, take it out in the woods and hit it between the eyes with a hammer. You'll be saving that PSOB who's kid just has to have the pup at the shelter a world of **** !

Lets hope it's just an oversight and works itself out soon. Both of these guys spend 95% or more of their time on FTE assisting others. If it were not for their kind this place would be what it is.. Nuff Said!!!

 

Well there are only a few of us FE builder around... and when the Kids come in and need some help..were there...with a free rain of what we know and out resources that NOT even FTE has....But we love the Old stuff so much we give it up to the newbies and dont cry about it... Were more than happy to get the kids out of the Jap Crap...and put them into something American made....and to be happy with it...

And for something this STUPID to come down is Crazy!! This IS supposed to be a site of INFORMATION is it not??? and the Info was sent private.....was it not?? So why all the BS..

It boils down too Bobby..giving somebody a little power, and what happens.. Well I have to show them who the hell is boss...

We have lost Carl, Scouder, Greg, Kurt, and a few more over the years..and those have just been in the last years, Now Glenn and Hyp? WTF??

I better shut down now.....My blood is boiling....I can keep my cool for so long..and I dont need to blow up...

No reason G would be banned, sounds like some sort of computer glitch.... These forums are far from perfect....

 

I would venture to say that scouder is just out of season right now and busy with other things. When he looses about 3.5' of snow out there and the weather warms up enough to drag some more, he'll be back w/ his numbers. As for kurt, he may be a goner.

 

They need read their email at the address they have on on file with FTE.

If a user has any questions concerning the status of another user the support ticket system on FTE is the appropriate place to address it. Choosing to use the forums to attempt to call us results false assumptions such as those presented here (no one has been booted off FTE). Would you want a moderation issue you had broadcast to the world?

When you try to contact me directly don't expect an instant reply especially at night or on the weekend -- I was visiting my mother this weekend and like most people, if I choose not to be at work I'd rather not have it interrupt my personal life. Thanks guys.
