460 Manuel choke conversion

1986 250 with 460 automatic 2 wheel drive. I think the carb is the 4180. The electric choke has never operated properly. I have re-adjusted it a few times and cleaned it which worked for awhile. Then it would hang up. Nothing seems binding. I have removed most of the smog stuff, smog pumps, etc. It run great when it warms up. and I prop the choke plate wide open.

My question is: Will the Holley conversion kit # 45-225 fit? I would like to change to a manuel choke. They only list for the 4160, but they look the same.

Also will the fast idle cam work after the conversion?

Autozone price seems reasonable at 28 bucks for the kit. The cable and cable mounting bracket seem overpriced but I can probably use a generic for those.

TIA
