79 f150 hops!

Hello all, my 79 f150 hops in the rear when I apply the brakes, I believe it means the drums are out of round? Just feel like I should see what someone else has to say before I go and get new pads and drums.

I'd have to sart with that myself. get them machined, make sure they're final cut is a nice smooth one.
