Fuel leak ? ? ? ? ?

The last several days I have found a spot on my driveway. Not pink like trans fluid, not Oil.

Help, I think I have a fuel leak, but don't know where to start looking.

It is definately not coming from the fuel lines running along the inside of the driver side frame rail.

Looks to be forward or the trans, but where should I look?

You might want to check the fuel bowl drain valve. It is the yellow handle valve located at the rear left of the fuel filter bowl. This is the housing under the powerstroke cover in the center of the engine. Look around the valve for leaks, and also there is a small tube running down the engine from it. There are o-rings in this valve that tend to go bad after time. If you do a search for fuel leak, you will find tons of topics in this matter. Here is a link on how to fix it.

If you need o-rings I have them. I am in Willis, just up the road from you.

if you removed the lever assy and no orings are inside of it, than they got stuck inside your fuel bowl, remove them and clean it up with the rag, push new orings in a valve assy and reinstall

good luck
