T-case ?

T-case ?

Are the T-cases the same on the back of E4OD and ZF trannies? If not anybody know the differences?

Ford uses two different t-cases, borg-warner and new process. I believe that they should interchange as long as you get the same ratio, same model (NP or BW), and manual or electronic shift.

I believe I have the NP on the back of an E4OD. I'm gonna put in a ZF. So it should bolt on to the ZF?

I think it will. The bolt pattern should be the same, but I am not sure about the output shaft dia. and spline count.
