No waiver is iron clad IMHO. There will always be a smarter, more money hungry lawyer out there. I read somewhere about them destroying his rides or maybe he told it on his last "Trucks" show, but I have slept since then so I can't remember.The name of the show that he host now is "GEARZ", I think it is on the "Speed" channel.
