Unless there's an Australian manufacturer who makes headers for this swap, you may have to stick with the stock manifolds, or have a set of headers built or at least modified to fit...
I have a '72 with a 351C 4 BBL in it. Of course it's LHD so I didn't have any steering box clearance issues, I used Torino headers and my clearance issue was with the strut rod support crossmember. Longer headers made for a truck would have solved that, but with the bigger tubes of the 4 BBL headers nothing was available.
What heads are you using? As I recall, the Aussie Cleveland heads had the bigger 4 BBL-style exhaust ports so you may run into the same problem I did, with limited header availability. With the smaller 2 BBL-style ports you have many more options. Perhaps a set of headers made for a Dentside truck with a 351M/400 and 4X4 would fit...
