95 steering column????

A guy at work got a 95 F-250 4x4 351W auto. It starts fine but does not turn off. He narrowed it down to the actuator rod in the steering column. Does anyone have instructions and part numbers for replacing this on a non tilt wheel?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Just run a search for "lower actuator" or "actuator rod." There's a ton of good threads on the subject with parts number and a few different writeups.

The parts are still available and are something like 16 dollars right at the parts counter.

Sorry if I am missing it but I could not find any part numbers?
I went to the local Ford parts counter and the kid did not really know what I was looking for and the exploded view of the steering colum did not help as much as I would like. If possible can you post the part number that fits a 95 F-250 non tilit wheel.
Thanks in advance
Glen
