i was checking out another forum..im sorry..but any ways this is what i read posted yesterday..i dont have a store near me to see if its true.but a few guy's got them for up to a quarter..others couldnt get them at all....might be worth tying..they said make sure you ask for that part #..dont give them truck info..

Has discontinued these glowplugs and are selling them at $0.01 a peice. The part number is Motorcraft ZD-11.

Call before going in to make sure they have them, and put them on hold for yourself.+


Directions -

Call autozone. They'll want your vehicle information - tell them you just want to know if they have a SPECIFIC part on the SHELF. Give them the Part info... "Motorcraft ZD-11"

They'll put you on hold most likely... when they come back ask them to price scan them and verify if they are 1 penny... they should be, if they aren't then tell them you just bought 3 for a penny at another location...

Go from there fella's...

Go to Yellow Pages, White Pages, Maps, and more - Switchboard.com and type in "Autozone" and then type in your city followed by a comma and then a space and then the 2 letter abbreviation of your state and hit "Enter". Example...

Then at the top add a radius of 15 or so miles and then click search if you didn't find any...

I just called my local Autozone and verified that this is indeed true. My closest store has 16 in stock, and I'm getting every one of them in 20 minutes. Points to you Ron!!

 

Just got off the phone with the AZ right around the corner from my house. They did confirm that they are not going to carry them but they also said that they are not to sell them at all, they are supposed to go back to the warehouse. I told him about the .01 deal and he said that the price had been put to that for some stocking reason. He is calling his district manager right now to see what they can be sold for and he is going to call me right back. Even if they are 5 bucks a piece I am going to buy a set.

 

Hell, elkton MD is right around the corner, figuratively speaking.. I can go there and buy up the rest of them (300 or so muahahah) and then sell them for 500x the price!

Just got back from AutoZone, I was a day to late, there hub store picked them all up, Tried there other stores in a 40 mile radius, and the same. O-well.

I don't need them, but was going to give them to FTE members who did.

 

they have 8 in one by me, going to get those for spare.

Same for me. None to be had. I can't figure it out. They were better than all the others. Now I have to find another supply. Who else carries them?
