OK I managed a while ago to find brackets and pullies for my 429, but they were off of a 2wd truck. So as many of you know the PS pump hits the steering box.
I have searched all around here for brackets off of a van or 4WD that would work but to no avail. My question is, has anyone had any experience with aftermarket brackets such as March, or L and L? I think this is my last hope. I even went so far as driving to Kelowna (about 3 hours away) to check out a couple of wrecking yards. This is the last hurdle to my install so I am motivated to get this figured out.

I've used L&L motor mounts in a Bronco/460 for years without problems, so I'd think his brackets would be of equal fit and quality.
I originally had a problem with lack of clearance between the (stock 351W) P/S pulley and the steering box adjustment bolt, but put a 5/16" plate beween the motor mount and frame mounting surface. I cut an elongated hole in the plate to where it's held in by the motor mount bolt. That provided about 3/8" clearance and since the L&L mounts (lifetime guarantee) haven't worn or flexed, clearance isn't a problem. You could probably use a 1/2" plate if that would do it.
I used the stock '70 Thunderbird power steering bracket when mounting the power steering pump in my 460 powered 84 Bronco XLT. I used the stock power steering pump that came with the Bronco. Had to use the L&L alternator brackets though, and they worked out nicely.
