2008...any big plans??

what is everyone thinking of for the year ahead?? for me it's going to be quite different becomming a dad, looking forward to that... otherwise it should hopefully be life as normal. i'd like to get the '83 running to a reliable state, maybe attempt the bodywork. not much else...no big holidays, just work, work, work, and keep my head above the flood!!

lets hear your futures...

Maybe hopefully possibly get my car finished. Finish the tractor that my grandpa was almost done, maybe start on either my bike or start on my funk tractor, and if theres time left over maybe find a good woman, and possibly go to work a couple of times.

Career wise- Within the next couple weeks I'll begin looking at starting my own small delivery company, hopefully get a truck of my own by July.

Project wise- The 1949 is first then the body on my Red International and reassemble the 1967. IF by any chance time opens up (which I doubt it won't) I hope to start my 1946 Mercury.

Personal family wise- no real plans and/or desire for meaningful realationship but once again never know.

Flatbed on the CrewCab, front end rebuild, then on to lower door panels, cab corners and redo the interior. Find time to fish, camp and offroad the Lada

Much of the sme I have been at for the last decade - lose some weight, get into better shape, have more time for rest and relaxation, buy newer toys, make more money, and get more luving in!!!!!
On a side note: I have been self employed most of my life and have been looking for someone around here to talk to about a raise!

I hopre to get my deck built on the back of my house this year and get my new well trenched in. Prpeppy offered to help do that in the spring if he can.
Get the engine out of the 75 parts truck and into my 78 3/4 truck so it can be back on the road again.
There are several other things that need to be done around here. Like build a new incinarator, build a shed to park my lawn tractor inside for next winter. On a acreage the work never is done. always something needing to be done.

My 2008 will be me trying to get my backhoe company off the ground. I have plans to buy a dump truck, or a highway tractor to turn into a dump truck.

I also plan on building a 40x80ish shop. That might have allreaddy got put on hold, and I might put up a 32x32ish garage for the time being.

Truck project wise, I am wanting to fix that 91 4x4 and sell it, get a different box and doors and do something with the engine of my 89, and I would like to start doing something, not sure what with the shortbox I got. The PSD is hopefully going to get a tuner, exhaust and a intake.

Im also going to try and get some mobile home improvements done.

Im going to try accomplish all of that, while still working in the oil patch, yeah I know, good luck!

Baby is due the end of February, just about ready for that. The 78 needs motor work hope to do that in the spring. I have to shingle the house and garage and some landscaping also. I am sure there is more but that is enough for now.

I`d like to get at least the 53 or 56 M100 on the road, that`s not sayin it`ll be totally finished, nice just to get it on the road.
Get the 92 F250 done.
Cruisin in the 56 F350, the 67 Mustang and the T.
Oops, forgot about driving the 69 F100.....
Replace the rusted door on the 88 L 8000 soon.
Hope it doesn`t rain too much this summer, the grass is a major job around here on 6 acre yard....
On edit
And of course there`s car shows, the Cruise Week End, PA Car Show and the best of all (I hope) ''Super Run'' is in Saskatoon this year.....
