6 disc vs single dics cd

There is no issue with using a single cd. You can put it in any of the slots and it'll work normally. If you load less than 6 cds, the player will simply skip over the blank slot(s).

99-04 Super Duty radios are interchangeable and 05-07 radios are (I beleive the 08 radio is interchangeable with the 05-07 but I am not 100% positive).

My 6 disk changer is also broken, won't load or eject. The little gears on the right front are stripped.

thanks guys for the opinions i decided to go and went with the factory single disc and it is awesome compared to the stock am/fm setup thanks again for the help

I'm going to send mine in for repair. I have the steering wheel controls and didn't want to loose their functionality.
