We're going to get together with some friends at their house and avoid the crowds. I'm like you Jack, no resolutions, although I would like to exercise a little more and maybe do the usual and lose some weight. I tend to try to do that every year. Maybe I'll make a resolution to have more fun with my trucks this year and enjoy my friends.

That's a good one Jeremy because the time you miss now you will never be able to get back later. I enjoy my hobbies and trucks, but they always come in second to my grandkids and the adult kids if they really need something. Now the best part is when the kids and grand kids get into your hobby. My oldest grandson loves to go off roading with us.

I just went by time at first. Started off with 5-10 minutes and then worked up to 30 minutes. Then I worked up to the 5 miles in 30 minutes deal. Needed about 12 mph to get that done.

Don't push it too hard. If your sore tomorrow try to do the same amout of time but slower. But if you pushed it too hard already it might be a good idea to reduce the time and work back up. Just set a good base line to work up from.

I wish my bones weren't so hurt full these days, I'd join ya.

Man my son is growing so fast (already 6 mos old) I am afraid I am going to blink and he will be in high school! And my daughter too for that matter she starts kindergarten next year.

Yup that time goes real fast Jeremy. Enjoy it and make the best of it. Besides, the time you spend with your kids when they are little pays off as they get older and still want to do stuff with you.

I need to learn to edit these before I hit submit.
