Talking Rear End Identification

I have a 77 F 150 that was converted to a dually with a 3/4 or 1 ton axle. I have pics of the rear end. I want to identifiy the rear end so I can look into upgrading to a posi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thats a D70 my friend. The diff cover being smaller than the center section is a dead give away. If its a D60 the cover will almost stick out past the center setion.
