Code 52 power steering switch. Despite what another poster said earlier it IS USED ALSO ON AUTOMATICS! Is in power steeering line, has wires going to it, easy replacement, maybe your problem. It makes ecm raise idle when your are turning wheels at idle to keep motor from dying.

Thanks I see it did have a switch just needed to get to it and fix it. I finally got the surge fixed with the IAC kit F2PZ9F939A.It a must for all our trucks.Thanks for all the help. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...must-read.html
