Hello all, this is JBronco, from the Big Bronco thread. My girlfriend has cancer (luckily it is being treated). She was driving an old LTD, I think it is a 1972, that she got from her Grandmother. It ran great. One day a few weeks ago it stopped running. I'm pretty sure the timing chain jumped a gear, because it turns over real fast now and doesn't seem to have compression. Before that it ran great, it has about 115K on it and was a grandma's car before that. The car itself is a clean 4 door. Anyway, she does not want to bother with fixing it, and she wants to sell it. It has a 429 4bbl that seems to be in good shape except for the above mentioned problem, and it also has a 9" diff. I know that this is generally not a place to post things for sale, but we are going to put it on eBay and I wanted to offer it to the Ford guys here first. I personally will not make any money from this. She needs to money to help support herself while living with cancer. The car is in Colorado, you will have to pick it up. We want $500 for the whole deal, the car has a clean title. E-mail jse126(No Email Addresses In Posts!) if you are interested. Thanks.
