Wow, are you utilizing that system scaled down or are you producing that much? I had a chance to get some 600 gallon stainless steel containers out of a Coca Cola facility and was considering raising the bar on my 60 gallon reactor.
I started with a system that would produce 25 gal every 30 min, [some of the equipment can be seen in my gallery] but now use a "open" style processor that will produce 50 gal per 30 min. I produce approx 500-700 gallons a week, and supply enough for my ranch [I farm 6,000 acres]. The new plant we are building will produce 200-300 THOUSAND gallons per year. I haul WVO from 30+ restaurants in 2 states. This fall I seeded 200 acres of oil seed crops that will supply about 50-60,000 gallons next year, so I'll no longer have to use WVO.
