brake damage? i'm mad!
i let my buddy in my truck tonight to run up the road. he comes back, pulls in, and powerbrakes long enough to make a real dark black mark, and get the tire hot and sticks. not much rubber came off, he did it for maybe 15 seconds solid burnout. i never do that, cause it will frig my brakes up in rear. how much damage yall think was done? it only did one side oddly enough, but thank goodness. i always heard one time and ur brakes were gone after a couple turns of tire! it , made me pretty mad for him to do so.

lol. na. he wanted to drive it so he ran up the road, maybe 1/4 mile, turns around, comes back, powerbrakes, parks. he had been at my house awhile and left. he stopped at gas station to air up tires, calls me (station is about 1/4 mile from the house) to bring a tire gauge, cause he couldnt find his. then the events previously mentioned took place

The only thing you need to worry about when panic breaking is holding the brake pedal down, because there is going to be some warpage.
Your brakes are fine. Probably cleaned the rust outa the drums, thats all. =)
