Unhappy 77 F-150 4x4, Dana 44 axle shaft free-play

I was taking the rotors off my truck to clean them up and pack the bearings when I noticed one of my axle shafts had alot of play, the other side has some too, but not quite as much.

10 Second video showing free play:

Is this amount of play normal, or should I take it apart and replace whats necessary?

Thanks for all your help in the past guys!

Possibly the needle bearings may be shot-they are inside the spindle and usually dry up and crumble. Not the easiest to get apart, but having gone into it that far=piece of mind!
*Check spindles for cracks, and other load bearing area's-I had a spindle snap off in my 74 F-100. Wasn't fun-luckily I was going slow...
