Perpetual Motion Machine

Well, I've done what Detroit, Tokyo, and Seoul have only dreamed of doing. I've found a battery that goes on forever without needing to be recharged! Who would have thought the answer to free enrgy woulf show itself right here in downtown Antelope?!

It all started when I tried to kill my old 6-volt battery so that I could gut it and and insert a new Optima battery inside. I wanted to drain the battery of all energy so that I would have less chance of blowing myself up, so I:

1. Turned on the ehadlights for three hours, but still alive
2. Attached a 12-volt vacuum to the battery for 5 hours, still alive
3. Again attached the vac to the battery for 5 hours and the battery finally looked like it was a goner. Checked the voltqge and still at 1.5 volts
4. Poured all the acid out of the battery and rinced it out with tap water twice. The battery is still showing 1.8 volts even though it's full of air

So, Viola, the indestructable battery. Any suggestions? Backing soda in the cells? Distilled water? Jag

Easy. All you need to do is to bridge the two terminals with a bit of copper and it will be done. I don't think that you'll need to use a soldering iron. If you had started this way, it would have soldered itself to the terminals automatically. (1.8V will not likely blow up.)

The key to killing a batery is to install it in something you need to use
