I'm thinking of using this front clip on my '64 F100. However, I am wondering what needs to be done to accommodate the rack & pinion steering that it includes using my existing "Armstrong" hardware? TIA!
I put a MII under a 40 Ford years ago and man what a diff it made from the old. Hope your a good welder and like to weld upside down. I was doing a complete street rod project so I had the body off the frame and could move and flip it. As far as conecting the R&P to the strongarm just need to contact Borgeson and get yourself a couple universal joints and a intermediate shaft.
Payner if your going to shell out that kind of money then you want to give Flaming River a call on the colum and associated hardware.
Flaming River?? Don't know of them. However, I checked out Shoundog's suggestion at Borgeson, and their options seem to be straight forward and simple to add for an R&P setup.
