88 f150 speedometer
I changed front and rear axle from a 3.08 to a 3.73 in my f150 4x4 with 300 and t-18. Speedometer/odometer is now off by 10 mph and 20 miles per 100. Do I just change out the gear for the speedo cable and if so, where do I obtain one?

Ford has all the speedo gears . Each tooth on the gear adds about 2.5 mph so you need to reduce teeth on the speedo gear . Im estimating ,but maybe a 18 to 20 tooth gear should have you back to a more accurate reading .
