Chapter G2G

Let's start getting ideas for a summer G2G!. This past year it was at Whidbey...We had fun, but I have to admit that participation was limited.

I am thinking somewhere on the east side of the Cascades...An area where we can camp, ride, and near a river to tube, kayak and such. It may be a drive for some, but close enough that most members can set time aside for a couple of days to relax and BS.

We are no longer a new and growing chapter, so let us start an annual tradition. It would be great if each year we know that we have a G2G to plan for...Remember that FTE members are about family, and we could create a great FTE and Family G2G...Something to look forward to after the long winter and when school is out.

Ellensburg, right in the middle of cow haven. Camp'n, river raft'n and a spot down the river to dump the boat in the water w/ plenty of fuel.

Maybe more than one this next year?

Or Moses Lake @ the sand dunes, although it's not the same as it used to be.

Dump enough Bud Lite down Mike, we could get him to go tip a couple.

Personally that area is on the top of my list, but we have time, and want to see who else is willing to attend or if there is a location that others would prefer.

The idea is to try and get some of the folks from the Eastern side of the Cascades to attend. Ellensburg does seem to be a reasonably central location for all.

I don't think Mike would bring his truck. Wait, he has to. He will be delivering our new camper and tt.
