sources for high torque starter
wher you guys finding those high torque starters for the y-block???? my starters bendix drive is shot(not returning to its rest state)and i am pretty sure the motor its self is on the way out so i am just checking out my options as far as starters. I can get a completely rebuilt starter and drive for 130 bucks from the local ford dealer,b ut like i said, just chekcing my options. so, please let me know your high torque starter sources. thanx.
