Concerning the question of the post... I would say using only a 3" body lift to clear 35's would be "iffy." I installed a Tuff Country 2.5" leveling kit on my 1996 and just cleared 33's. I also had to space the bumper about 1" up and out. You might be fine while on the street, but I'm sure your 35's will contact the body while turning offroad.
Also, a suspension lift is usually preferable to a body lift. You have more options for better ride and handling, and it arguably takes the same amount of time to install anyway.
Of all the weeks that quad couldve gone to Tenn he chose this one.
Drunkenrich,
You might have to wait until quadzjr gets back. He has some experience with what tires will fit and with thornbirds. He'll set you straight.
no...im thinking 6 inch lift will only clear 33 thornbirds guys. what are you talking about??? even then it might rub. Id go with 6 inch and 31-32 thorns for optimum offroad performance.
