front turn signals

my sons 2001 escape left front turn signal stop working and it is plain to see the bulb is black so I was going to replace the bulb and I don't see a way of getting into it. how do you replace the left front turn signal bulb ?? I would rather do it myself for few dollars the pay the dealer $30. plus to change. thanks

You have to access the turn bulbs from the wheel well underneath, drop the wheel well liner and go from there.
