Buy her a nice charm bracelet with one charm marking your first year together. You can add a charm for each year and special occasion and watch it grow (and it won't break the bank).

A tattoo of her name.

Kidding.

Uh, I can't remember what I got my wife for our first dating anniversary. I do remember booking a really nice dinner though, and rear ending a Chevy on a bridge en route to said dinner.

I gave someone else here this advice, but it's so good I'll tell you too...

Get her a vacuum cleaner and let her clean your house. (It's a gift that keeps on giving) Chicks dig that sort of thing...

Buy her a part for your truck. Or a nice tool you could use. You have to think ahead. Think what will you need this coming year and get it for her. Tell her you want to bond with her and share in the really important things in your life.

Can you tell I'm not married any more?

I agree with nomadic. Truck fund goes away unless she is VERY understanding. My fiancee knows my truck comes first though lol Well maybe not understands, but points out that is how she feels.

Get her a nice handbag to keep your 'nads in. That way every once in a while you can ask to hold it and try to remember what it used to feel like to have them.

Don't listen to any of them, take her dinner and let her know you care by listening to her and being there for her. Women don't need stuff, they get what they want anyway, whether you get it or not. All she wants is you. Really.

Now do as I say, not as I do. Really.
