Console Digital Display Center
I have a 1999 explorer xlt.
The question I have is I have the standard center console with the two holders.
Can it be switched out with the digital display?
Does the explorer have the plug under the console and will it recognize
the display?

No. Adding the message center is a major, major task that has only been done by a few people. None of the wiring and most of the sensors and sending units are not on your truck, and everything needs to be added from scratch... There are threads on another Ex forum if you're more curious.
