The bumper itself will fit, but it will interfere with the grill like 2002 F350V10 mentioned. That problem can be solved by trimming your grill, or installing a 99-04 grill.
BTW most of the people go the opposite way, and install the newer bumpers and grill on the older trucks, why are you looking to do this?

Fender bender at a red light, looking for good deal, Guy here in town has a front and rear bumper for a 2004 250 brand new, removed them when he bought the truck and put custom bumpers, can prolly pick em up for about 150 if it would fit, but I'm assueming it won't. I have a Lariat, crome package, aslo bent my front hooks. 
I think 05-07 will work..am I right?
