How did water get in?
Do you have the outside finished?

No the sofits are not finished yet. It has been too cold to work with vinyl. I never figured, with a 2 1/2 ft overhang there would be a problem. The left side of my garage is soaked as well. They both face the north. If the wind came in from the south, I wouldn't be typing this now.

Ahhh man,,,that sucks. The wind must have been blowing pretty hard.

Cold or not,,,you better get that baby sealed up!

Yeah I hear ya. At least it wasn't a sheet rock ceiling.

Vinyl is a Bit** to work with in the cold but it can be done.
My stepfather was in the business the hole time I was growing up.

Take your time/pick a calm day/keep your pieces inside to warm them up to make your cuts.
It's very stiff and brittle but if your careful you can do it.

Thanks for the headsup. Tomorrow is supposed to be mid 40s and no wind.
I should get er done pending no weather sneak attack.

It is -6 out today and if I hear a yuppie complain about global warming I am going to give them a white wash in the Snow Bank....LOL
