How do I join this chapter?

Hi everyone! I just registered with the main site, and as I live in Medicine Hat, AB, I would like to know if I can join this chapter. I currently own a 1971 F350 Crewcab. Thanks in advance for any help/info

Click your CP (left side of blue bar that runs across the page)....then scroll down to the misc area and then click Chapter memberships

as shown below.
