Diesel repair guy needed

Anyone know of a good repair shop in west central N.J.? Ohter than a stealership. My daughter lives out that way and her 03 6.0 (118k) is having issues. The local dealer says there is nothing wrong with it but it barely starts at 30 degrees and then it just crawls along for 10 minutes or so. She drove it here for the holidays and I did the oil (syn 5w40) and fuel filters, not alot of improvement. Also noticed an exhaust leak somewhere on the drivers side, around the coolant tank lots of smoke when its cold, that can't be helping. I live in small town Illionis and no parts around here before she needs to get home. Thanks in advance.

The hard start could be caused by injector stiction. There is a reflash that may help, or it could need new injectors.

The 03 engines were bad about getting exhaust leaks in the left side of the turbo y-pipe.

Your local international dealer could look at it. They KNOW diesels and nothing but diesels. They are usually cheaper than Ford to.

Brown in Bloomsbury next to the truck stop on route 78 is an International dealer and you could give them a call, 908 479-4970. Thats where I get my fuel filters and other things. One dealer in central NJ thats good is Ditschman in Flemington. They service a lot of diesels and are very good.
