I dunno, .025" (cold) seems like a lot to have found upon initial open-up, especially since that is the lash BETWEEN what appears to be two intake valves.
What I can't figure out is how that bridge arm keeps from rotating unless the valve stems recess up into the ends of the bridge.
I think the problem is he started to set the lash and the wind picked up , so he closed it up and drove it to the dealer with the feeler gauge still inside. I could be wrong cause I'm just the new guy here
