Help!!!!!

Have a problem sometimes when I start my 2005 F350 the window's or radio will not work for about 45 second's than they will start working. This has happened about 5 or 6 times only when cold.talked to my dealer he said this new to him. said he would check for T S B let me know.

Sounds like the battery saver relay is having trouble.

Check fuse #42, relay #306, and circuit breaker #601. All three suply power for the delayed accessory circuit that includes the windows, radio, and a couple other items.
