Where to find a stock exhaust intake/exhaust manifold

Have looked everywhere for a new intake/exhaust manifold for a 84 f150, standard 3sp w/od. There is a company in Canada that makes them. I found their site one time and have not been able to find it since. My exhaust manifold has a crack in it. When I seperated the intake and exhause, one of the bolts broke off. Its been drilled and tapped and is holding for now. What I really want is a new intake and exhaust manifold. I've found them in junk yards, but they are bad too.

Does anyone know how to keep the exhaust from leaking at the block. I've changed the gasket, but it started leaking again, worse than before I changed it. Torqued it to spec.

I'm sure that since the exhaust is leaking, the intake must be also. My vacuum is lower. There is even a clicking sound under the dash that has something to do with the carb.

Does anyone know where to find a good tech book on the inline 6?

Check here for used parts for your truck: http://www.jobriteauto.com/. As for a good manual to reference for your truck grab a Chiltons. The book is informative. You should be able to use the exhaust manifolds off of any 300-6 you can find, the intake manifold will be another story.
