Need some help with the ESOF.
I changed my vacuum lines to the hub and when i take the hose off there is no vacuum getting to them?
So i did the test with the AC and it dosn't switch over to defrosters and my 4x4 light on the dash works. If I lock them manually they work fine.
I would like to get this fixed because there is sometimes when going up peoples driveways I think I can make it to find myself stuck and have to manually lock them.
Would anyone have a pic where the PVH solenoid is on a 2001 so I can check that next.
thanks
When putting my fingers on the two nipples of the PVH solenoid shouldn't I feel a suction? Right now there is nothing. When the truck is running the red line is blowing air if I am right the black line does nothing. I can't seem to blow threw the black line either with my mouth.
Did you check for voltage to the soleniod? You should be able to hear it as well.
I beat those are just little diaphragm jobbers with a check valve, which could be torn? Especially if water got in the line and froze..
It was the PVH it works now.
One more question in the front with the 4x4 on does only one side spin? Is it slip?
I thought both would spin kind of a NEWBIE here on this matter.
Weird thou with it idiling in 4x4 I don't hear the new one either?
