need info on two trannys
i have a 1987 F-150 2wd 300 inline 6 with a 3spd overdrive
I am trying to find out what kind of trans i have and which one i just picked to replace it. i gotta good deal and took a chance on it.
The numbers on my trans are
Drivers side
RF-E5TR-7006-AA
C-2605524
Passenger side
RTSBVKG30
E6TRMA3462
The trans has reverse to the right and down
i picked up a trans and the numbers are
Drivers side cast into case of trans.
RF-D9BR-7006-AB
C-2604194
With an ACE Co. logo.
Passenger Side on a Tag the numbers are as follows.
FUG-DLKA-1
E1-TRCA0455
This trans has reverse to the left and up
I was wondering what kind of trans it is. Its a 3spd with OD. The case measures around 10.5" and has an aluminum cover on top. It came out of mid 80's truck with a 302 engine.
I would really appreciate if you guys could help. thanks
