Thumbs up Dropping my 62

Years ago I put a 76 I beam front end in my frame, works very well. Now I want to drop the truck so I ordered a set of dream beams to drop it 3". I am also putting a 8.8 explorer disc brake rear and dropping it as well. Here's my problem, the front 76 disc rotors and the explorer rear have different lug paterns. I have found front rotors that have been redrilled for the 4 1/2" lug pattern that match the rear but I am wondering if I am going to have problems with fittment, I want to put american racing torque thrust II on it but I wonder if the center of the redrilled hub will fit in the center of the wheel since I will be running a car lug pattern and the center could be smaller. I have sent American Racing two e-mails asking for information on this but they don't bother to respond (may have to rethink my choice of wheels, bad customer service).

Chances are the center hole is the same size for both patterns so they won't need different sized center pieces, but I'm no expert.
I'd go to the local Les Schwab or equivalent. They can give you any dimension for any rim .
