I have a 1995 F-450. It was using a lot of oil, but ran well.
I replaced the o-rings on all eight injectors. Got everything back together.
Got the HPOP and oil lines full of oil. Fuel filter housing is full of clean fuel. Fuses are all good. Glow plugs tested good and seem to be working good. I checked the GPR it seemed to be working good, 12 volts on one terminal and 12 on the other with the key in the on position. The glow plug indicator light on the dash lights and then goes out.
The truck turns over fine, but the tach does not move when it cranks over. It does not even try to start.
I am at the end of my patience and would appreciate any assistance.
Could still have air in the oil side of system.
Charge the batts, check all electrical connections that were disturbed during the repair, and purge the air.
Could be the IDM is still locked out.
