One side does. I found the driverside the easiest to get to. be ready with new bolts though to put it back together as its hard to get the old bolts tight enough.
Any easy way to get the bolts off the doughnut clamps? This is killing me, Its such a tight fit you can only move the wrench a few degrees then you have to try to get the wrench back on the bolt you cant see. This is going to take forever! I went to sears to get a ratchet wrench but the head of the wrench is so big it wont go on the bolt!!
I had to use a regular box end wrench to hold the top and a 1/4 drive to undo the bottom. It was a pain I too have the gear wrenches and the head is just a hair too big for them to work.
depending on how motivated and ambitious you are, i would jsut yank the tranny rather than fight all of that. when i did my clutch i was kicking myself for ordering the d66 turbo. should have just gotten the h2e and done that and the clutch at the same time. without the tranny being there, the bolts look to be eeeeeasily accessible.
oh yeah, sorry I did. They both said we are out of luck. international makes the bellow uppies but they kit is $700!! And Boyers said OBS turbo sits 3 inch lower than the SD and there is no room for bellows to be installed. I did find some uppy gaskets on ebay that are made from what looks like bronze. but you would need those on new pipes more than likely.
Just clamped two bellows into my pipes. Iam not sure if they are going to fit because of the larger diameter. Might hit the back of the engin. Ill know latter when I get a chance to install and Ill get back to you.
Well got that to work. I did find bellows that would be short enough to work but the center scetion was about 1 inch larger in diameter. My pipes looked like a snake that just ate a big rat. I did have alot of clearance issues but with some creative reshaping of the bellows I did get things to work out. There welded in and ready to go. As soone as I get a few more things Ill be ready to go. Just hope things work out I realy dont want to have to deal with The up pipes again. What a major pain in the ***..

Do you have any part numbers or info on the bellows you used?
