My rear window started to go up crooked and I had to pull the passenger side up from time to time to get it to go up evenly, but am not able to get it all the way up on the passenger side. What is wrong?
If the plastic bushing is worn out, then any Ford dealer can give you the part. If Bill (numberdummy) shows up, he can give you the part number. That part was used on every Ford vehicle for about 50 years. Any dealer will have one in stock and know what you're talking about.
If the track is worn, then I don't know if you can get one without buying the window. Try the usual places online, the dealer, and the junkyard, probably in that order.

OK, I just came back from the dealer and they were worthless. Couldn't give me a part number and did not have anything in stock. Best guess is the plastic part comes with the rail that attaches to the bottom of the rear window. The local pick and pull did not have any used Broncos in the lot.

I can't believe the dealer didn't have this window roller...because this little charmer fits every Ford car & truck from 1976 up. It's also a part that breaks regularly.
It's made of plastic with a metal threaded stud attached.
The stud bolts to the end of the regulator arm, the squarish roller fits into the window channel that bolts to the glass.
What happens is the stud pulls out of the plastic portion of the roller.

There's a couple of other things that also could be the problem.
On each side of the glass, where the window channel bolts go through it, are two plastic spacers and retainers.
One inner and one outer per bolt. These have been around since 1979, and also break regularly.

I'll betcha if you give these parts number to the idjit behind the part counter, they'll have all these little charmers.
The rollers are stocked by every parts store in the US, so you need'nt bother the local parts idjit. Dunno if autoparts stores carry the other parts.

Look at the LMC trucks catalog for broncos online. They show all those parts. I bought a kit and OEM bracket to mount the swing tire inside. If you cant get the dealer educated, try LMC (Lenexa, Ks.)
