Yeah, there but holes here in AZ. Any excuse to pull you over and look in your truck. They have to be as wide as the tread width and a minimum 8" from the ground.
You got that right. I even had one call for backup before even approaching the truck. I guess they were a bit intimidated/scared by what they might find??? I don't know, maybe. I guess I understand though, you always hear about cops getting shot by some a-hole that just got pulled over. They definitely have a rough job, you never know with people these days. Anyways, I have a Pioneer AVIC-N1 and had the gauges screen on it. The cop talked to me about them for about 10 minutes, asking what they did and if they worked, etc. I'm thinkin', c'mon man, give me the test and let's get the show on the road! They definitely wanted to check out what was going on inside... It's a pain but they're just doin' their job.
Alot of times it comes down to their attitude. Some of them just think their **** doesn't stink. Of course when their drunk, thier cop buddies don't write them a ticket, they just bring them home.

Sounds like harrassment to me!!!!! Make some calls and you might just get FREE donuts for life!!!!!

I said the exact same things to my buddy. I don't think he has been pulled over again yet, but I haven't asked him in a while, and like I said he started driving a different route to work to avoid that cop.
